Croatian digital company Infinum has made another significant move in its global expansion by acquiring a majority stake in Your Majesty, a Dutch creative agency specializing in design and branding. This strategic acquisition will strengthen Infinum’s presence in the Dutch market while enhancing its service portfolio by integrating top-tier creative expertise.

Your Majesty, a boutique agency with around ten employees, boasts an impressive client list that includes Adidas, Airbnb, Netflix, Samsung, The New York Times, Bentley, Sotheby’s, Los Angeles Lakers, Nintendo, and Universal Music Group. The agency’s current owners, Georgios Athanassiadis and Kasper Kuijpers, will remain minority shareholders and continue managing the business from Amsterdam.

Strengthening Infinum’s global strategy
Infinum has already been recognized for its comprehensive approach to digital solution development, and Your Majesty brings additional expertise in strategic creative leadership, marketing strategy development, and interactive content production. Their past projects include a viral campaign for the return of “Squid Game” on Netflix.

Third acquisition in recent years
Infinum already had an operational presence in Amsterdam, but Your Majesty will now take over its Dutch operations, while certain administrative and development functions will be centralized.
This marks Infinum’s third acquisition in recent years. After acquiring the New York-based agency ExpandTheRoom in 2023, the company doubled its revenue in the U.S. market. With this latest move, Infinum continues its global expansion, with a focus on Western Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Over the past two and a half years, Infinum has invested €7.5 million in acquisitions, securing an additional €15 million through an EBRD loan and reinvestment of its own funds for future takeovers in the next two years.
Infinum currently operates across eight offices in Europe, the UK, and the U.S., employing over 400 professionals. This latest acquisition further solidifies its position as a leading global player in digital product development.
