The European Commission has sent warnings to Croatia, Estonia, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Lat-via, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Sweden for failing to fully adopt new European telecom regulation (the European Electronic Communications Code), into their national legislation.
