Rimac Automobili has announced the delivery of the first Nevera hypercar to a customer in the United States. The car was handed over by Rimac’s New York-based dealer, Manhattan Motorcars, in the presence of the Rimac team.

Rimac Group announced that 500 million euros were collected in investment round D, which made the total market value of the Croatian startup exceed 2 billion euros.

Croatia’s most famous innovator and, as of recent, head of the joint company Bugatti Rimac, has announced on his Facebook profile a gala car event taking place this week.

This morning, Mate Rimac teased a historic change for his company, and he wasn’t exaggerating because, besides the fact that he is taking over a company worth €500 million with a serious pedigree in the automotive world, he is creating a new company – Bugatti Rimac.

Rimac Automobili has generated an incredible amount of worldwide and domestic attention this year not only with the launch of Nevera, a hypercar that caused a wave of praise, but also with the announcement that it will introduce the first robotaxi service in Zagreb by 2024.

Nevera! That is the name of the new all-electric hypercar from Rimac automobiles. Till today, the car of the future was previously known as the C_Two concept.

Zagreb could have driverless taxis on the streets as early as 2024. If this is realized, Zagreb would become one of the first cities in the world where a robotaxi service – the use of self-driving electric taxis via an application – will be available.
